The Georgia Kangaroos have been working hard seeking out potential players for the 2025 season.  “We have a very specific type of player we want to be part of our family and we do not deviate from what we want”, says Coach Caswell.  Kangaroos have attempted several pro runs and combines as well as hosted several individual work outs.  The team use the internet and agents to try to find all possible available players in order for the Kangaroos to do a review of the player.  If the player fits what the Kangaroos are looking for, this is when Coach Caswell usually makes contact.  Then the real challenge begins, trying to learn the character of the player.   The team’s goal is to find the best possible prospect and then to invite the player(s) to visit the Kangaroos so they learn what their environment is going to be like.  This way there is no surprises or over promising and under delivering.  “We want the players to know what they are getting into so there is no miscommunications or wrong expectations”, says Coach Caswell.  Everything is done in part to help build a winning team and accomplishing our goals.
